For users who choose our Human Negotiation service, we implement rigorous data hygiene protocols to protect your clinical information:

• 12-Hour Zero-Retention: All itemized bills, medical records, and government identification scans uploaded for intake are permanently scrubbed from our secure intake vault within 12 hours of the intake email being finalized.
• End-to-End Encryption: Intake bundles are password-protected using your unique Case ID, ensuring that only authorized clinical advocates can access the documentation.
• Identity Data: Government IDs are used solely for the "Legal Power of Attorney" verification required by hospitals and are purged immediately after verification.
